Published starting prices are indicative; the scope, final price, payment arrangements and delivery schedule for your project are confirmed in a written proposal. Services and project agreements

Website design, SEO and other services are subject to a separate written proposal or agreement accepted before work begins. That agreement sets out deliverables, responsibilities, fees, revisions, ownership, cancellation and ongoing support. These website terms do not replace the specific agreement for your project.

Project timelines depend on the agreed scope, timely feedback, and the availability of content and access. SEO results vary with competition, search-engine changes and other factors outside Banter's control. No specific search ranking, traffic level or number of enquiries is guaranteed.

Website text, branding, photographs and design are owned by Banter or used with permission from their owners. You may view and share links to this website for lawful purposes. Please obtain permission before reproducing or commercially using its content. Client logos, reviews and project examples remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Ownership and licensing of work created for clients are covered by the project agreement.
